The ceramic has this subtle glaze variation that makes it look handmade rather than mass-produced, and it's become the piece I leave out on the counter. Brewing loose leaf in it is a joy too, no stray leaves slipping through.

I was a little worried it would be too delicate for daily use, but it's held up perfectly after a month of morning brews. The infuser sits snugly and pours without a single drip, and the glaze really does look like a small sculpture on my counter.

The infuser sits snugly inside and strains the leaves perfectly, so no grit ends up in the last cup. I do wish the spout poured just a touch faster, but the ceramic body holds heat beautifully for a long second steep.
