블루 피 순수 허브티

Steeped a cup this morning and the water turned that brilliant electric blue almost instantly, which made my whole kitchen feel brighter. It's completely caffeine-free so I can sip it late in the evening without any jitters, and the flavor is so mild and earthy that it's become my new nightly ritual

Watching the deep blue petals slowly release their color into the hot water is almost hypnotic, and the fact that it's completely caffeine-free makes it my perfect evening wind-down. The antioxidant angle was what sold me, but the visual alone makes me look forward to that cup every night.

I drink this in the evenings since it's caffeine-free and doesn't keep me up. The blue pea flower gives it a really light, mild taste, though I do wish the flavor was a bit stronger.
