Watching the deep blue petals slowly release their color into the hot water is almost hypnotic, and the fact that it's completely caffeine-free makes it my perfect evening wind-down. The antioxidant angle was what sold me, but the visual alone makes me look forward to that cup every night.

I drink this in the evenings since it's caffeine-free and doesn't keep me up. The blue pea flower gives it a really light, mild taste, though I do wish the flavor was a bit stronger.
